WedgeAstral Chart Pattern: Characteristics and Influences Wedge
The Wedge chart pattern is characterized by the fact that all ten planets are contained within a trine phase (120°±10°) or less within an arc. The maximum allowed range for the wedge pattern is 130°, with a very loose tolerance of 10° for the trines. Since there is no minimum separation in the wedge pattern group, all planets may be 90° or less apart, although such charts are rare. The border trine of the wedge symbolizes the natural resources and talents that the wedge individual can use to deal with life's problems. However, if two bordering planets are less than 110° apart and lack this bordering trine, the individual lacks some natural resources. In this case, you need to look at the quintile (72°aspect, see glossary) in the chart to find the talents and resources that the Wedge will draw on to deal with life's difficulties.
